Weight Lifting

Hello!
Does anyone have an awesome weight lifting "schedule" they would be willing to share with me? I just have 2 5lb free weights at home and I'm trying to find a schedule to use. If you feel comfortable, you can email it to me at futureteacher20@yahoo.com.

    Yeah just go with that for now. Also, you're going to want to consider reading "New Rules of Lifting for Women". Those 2.5lb weights aren't going to cut it for very long... if at all.
