Try circuit training. Is your heart pumping alot through it?? Are their weights involved? If not maybe arobics?

I enter it as 25 minutes of "Aerobics, high impact ".

I, personally, just create a NEW EXERCISE and name it (example) T25 Alpha- Cardio or T25 Beta Speed 2.0

This way, when I am logging my exercise calories burned, I can see how much I am improving or not during each workout and figure out what makes me burn less (not enough sleep or too early in the morning) or more. Just saying a general 'circuit training' is not specific enough for me

What do you use to track calories burned/sleep?

You should get an HRM! Then you can track your ACTUAL progress, not just some standardized results.

I don't track calories burned during sleep - only during my workouts. I use a Polar FT4 HRM for the calories burned. I can definitely tell that I am getting better since the calories burned are getting to be less and less.

It's easier if you use your phone and have the app. If you don't use app just go in the exercise tab and log it or create one then log it
