I joined last night. For quite a few years I've been telling myself that even though I gained weight, I carried it well. Then I jump on this site and do the BMI calculator and the result is an arror pointing to "OBESE." I'm going to have to get down to doing the work to get myself back to the land of honesty and healthy living. A very big hello to everyone and I'm glad I found this site.:smile:

    This site is a fantastic resource. There are also apps for iPhone and Android that make it even easier to track what you eat. Welcome to the site!
