We seemed to have lost everyone from the group starting the end of September. Just wanted to see how everyone is doing, as well as others that are mid-P90X. I am on day 43 and haven't missed a work-out. I will say that my muscle tone is greatly improved, and I can see it better since becoming more serious about diet. I really believe that without diet, the program probably wouldn't be worth the effort. But with a good diet, the results are really great! What is everyone else's impression?

I started Sept 27 and though i've missed a couple of days, my overall fitness and tone has improved 100%. I have LOTS more endurance than I started out, i've got ABS, they're getting prettier by the day! I've never had muscular arms and now they are bulking up a bit too, which I love! I havent been following the meal plan to a T, I think I would have better results if I did but I eat clean, healthy foods, no additives or artificial crap, which helps! My program ends on Xmas day and I cant think of a better gift to myself. Good luck to everyone on their own journeys and add me if you'd like0

In the beginning I tried to follow the program with the 50% protein/30% carb/20% fat rule and it was not right for me. I gained weight and was not happy. I think listening to our own bodies and following a healthy plan that makes sense for us is the right way to go and we will see results! Like you, I just try to eat clean and not over-eat and that works for me!0 -
THANK YOU FOR BRINGING THIS BACK!!!!!! I posted a couple times on the old thread and no one was writing back so I gave up!!
I'm doing REALLY well!!! I've missed a couple workouts here and there but for the most part I've gotten everything in. I've had to rearrange my rest day around somethings so it's not exactly in order, but pretty close. My diet was really good for about 4 weeks, and then it started to slip a little but, and then with all the halloween candy in the house i lost it!! Since Nov. 1st I've been 100% back on track and feeilng great! I'm started to notice my legs shrinking and NONE of my cloths fit right at the moment... but I'm not ready to go shopping until i really have to!!
Today for me is day 51... I did core syn. this morning and I felt like it was the first week again!!! I think maybe because I haven't done this one as much and also I did it first thing this morning on an empty stomach... not sure if that helped either, I'm used to doing my workouts after work. I have too much to do today afterwork (and I'm working late) so I got my butt out of bed early.
The next couple days are going to be a challenge.... Tomorrow evening I'm headed to Orlando, FL to go to DISNEYWORLD!!
We're going to hit the parks Thursday - Saturday then I'll be home sunday afternoon. I have a plan for myself.... i'm going to get up early again tomorrow and do kenpo (i'm on my rest week) then Thursday i'm going to get up and stretch a lot, then we'll be doing A LOT of walking.... Friday we're taking the day off and only going to Magic Kingdom at night so I figure I'm going to hit the hotel gym... take saturday off.... just get up and stretch (again a lot of walking that day) and then when I get home sunday afternoon I'll do my last core syn for the week.... hopefully all goes as planned!!!
Hope everyone else is doing well and I'm pleased to see that you guys are still hanging in there!!0
