Hi I'm a 21 year old female from southeastern VA and I weigh 197 lbs. I love making art, playing world of warcraft, and I'm fat. There I said it! I'm a binge eater and my goal is to get this under control FOR GOOD. But I honestly can't do it alone so I decided to give myftinesspal a try. I'll add anyone who wishes to join me on my journey. I'm very supportive and love to get to know everyone! feel free to hit me up with a friend request or message!

Welcome! I'm a 24 year old female. I used to play on WOW now and then too.
Best of luck, and just remember, it won't come off overnight and that everyone's body is different, so try not to compare with others, and just be proud of your own achievements.0 -
Hi there....I have a metabolism disorder. I lost 70lbs naturally, no diets, no pills! Just control and don't worry about what food you are missing out on its JUST FOOD. East in moderation, exercise 4-5 times a week. Maybe start out with 3 times a week. For my metabolism to even exist I feel like I need to workout AT LEAST 4 times a week......which absolutely sucks, though I have decided its part of my lifestyle and I love the healthier leaner me. I was 275lbs...was down to 205 ( a higher number than where you seem to be starting at). Its possible. A lil hint stay away from people who do not value healthier habits, like at a party with snacks and people overload on food...Make an excuse like your stomach bothers you and it makes it feel easier to dismay the food. I had a binging habit cause I was in a very unhappy relationship lost myself. Now I am LOVIN ME!!!!
Good Luck. I only hope sharing this personal story may inspire you to TAKE CONTROL of YOU!0 -

Hey my name is Kelsey, Ive been on MFP for quite some time off and on but never got to the community/message boards since it had always been on mobile. Im 22 I work as a Corrections Officer in a maximum security prison. I am very lazy and am ready to change that. One of my big problems is wanting to see results now and then getting depressed a month in when there has been no weight change after lots of working out/watching calories/good nutrition. Last time I checked (probably 2 months ago) I weighed 210 pounds. I plan on buying a scale this weekend. I am not only wanting to get healthier for me but for my 4 year old daughter and my husband as well.0
