Delicious Panna Cotta

Made this for Christmas Usually panna cotta calls for heavy cream, but I like it just fine with 2% milk (of course it's a little jiggly-er without the cream).
3 cups 2% milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 packet unflavored gelatin
splash of vanilla
soften the gelatin in some of the milk and then add it to milk that you've heated with the sugar-heat and stir to dissolve. Pour in container and put in fridge for several hours. If you divide this recipe into 8 portions, they're 93 each. Top with fresh fruits or whatever floats your boat

Nice idea. You could probably add some Greek yogurt or extra gelatine if you want less wobble.0
