Hey all!!
I opened (I think) my food diary to public viewing...I was hoping I could get some advice from yall on how it looks. Today is the first day I have been honestly keeping track so please disregard the other days and just look at today's.
Thanks so much

Your diary is still private. Go to My Home, then Settings then Diary Settings. Near the bottom, it lets you set the privacy to public0

Okay thanks should be fixed now!
I should also mention I am 5'5 and about 135 right now, trying to get toned and to 120ish.0 -
I think your day looks good.
And I love the "Ooops" category :laugh:0 -
thanks jennie lol yeah hopefully wont be filling in the oops section too much from now on0

Do you pre-fill out the foods you're going to eat?
I need to do that. It helps keep me honest and on track.0 -
It looks like a pretty perfect day to me!0

Looks great to me.
BTW, I notice your day is quite different from the macro goals you have. Perhaps you are just trying to hit calories and ignoring the macros but just in case, be aware that you can adjust them if you don't like the default MFP suggestions.0 -
You picked to lose 2lbs/week, didn't you?
I see your goal is 1200cal/day.
I went back a few weeks, I noticed that you don't consistently log.
Or eat back your exercise calories.
MFP already builds in a deficit for you, the program is designed for you to eat back your exercise cals (you don't have to eat all of them but at least half or more)
Today in genera looks good.
It's the first time I saw a good source of protein (tuna) most over days it was just yogurt and an egg (nothing wrong with those btw).
But MFP sets a very low protein goal and it's good that yours is red today.
Why do you track trans fat?
I also noticed you eat non-fat yogurt and almonds for breakfast a lot.
You might find you'll be fuller longer if you paired those almonds with 1% or 2% yogurt instead.0 -
it looks fantastic. :flowerforyou:0

thanks everybody!!0

Just right off hand it looks pretty good but I think I would add a few more vegetables, especially green veggies. I'm not sure why you have trans fats as a column item. I would track overall fats but that's just me. :bigsmile:0

Looks good but you might want to incorporate more fibre into your diet - it will help you stay full for longer.0
