Hi guys and girls
I am in my early twenties and consider myself to be pretty active however when it comes to working out I lack drastically in consistency. How effective is MFP for everyone in regards to reaching their long and short term goals? does having support help a lot also?
Thanks

Its good and a helps to keep me engaged in my routine. But it won't do the work for us.. You still have to find the motivation within, otherwise you won't last long.Good luck and welcome.0
