1.) Get my mother out of a situation, for the last time. Teach her to stand on her own two feet.
2.) Also teach her how to lose weight properly, so she doesn't end up binge eating and all hangry.
    3.) See my grandmother.
    4.) Undecided on rest.

I like to keep my goals realistic, measurable and focused:

Directly from my journal entry yesterday:

    1. daily devotionals with God (be in His presence) such as The Daily Office by Peter Scazzero
    2. "clean up my diet" i.e No snacks (only fruits and vegs), no seconds or sweets except on days that start with S. (I borrowed that from somewhere)
    3. attend at least one fellowship/bible study or get together with a sista to catch up
    4. try out support group (OA) and counseling for a least a month and then pray and decide on continuing
    5. log into and be active in MFP groups and "stay in the green" with cals
    6. seek out health support groups and offer daily support to them
    7. journal daily
    8. complete and nail insanity program by Jan 24th
    9. apply to accelerated bachelors programs for nursing this yr
    10. obtain new job in health field with health insurance and benefits

Good for you girl! Time with God saves so much time. We accomplish less but have more success with what we accomplish. I highly recommend The Daily Office by Peter Scazzero and Jesus Calling.
