25- Had Great Weight Loss, and Then Became Stagnant

I am 25, and a recovering heroin addict (with almost a year clean and sober). I am 5'7 and when I kicked the drugs and alcohol I shot up to 210 pounds early this year (January 2013). The weight gain was unfortunately a normal part of getting clean. By doing nothing and eating garbage I still went down to 190 with no effort (April 2013). I stayed that weight until about June and began making major changes to the way I ate. Through better (not always healthier) eating choices I was able to drop down to 170 and look decent. I started working out about 3 weeks ago at 169 and am already down to 163.
I was a mess for years due to drug use, but I was able to transform my life from heroin, homelessness, and a terrible lifestyle; to gainful employment (actually a really great job), a great social life, and a new lease on life. The only thing missing is my confidence in my looks and weight.
I am not sure how this app/website works but I will be tracking my eating and exercise habits. Please provide any feedback that might help me on this journey.
