I love working out, some would say almost to a fault, but I love food almost as much. Looking for healthy nutrition ideas that promote energy and fill me up too.

This. I'll add some specifics based on my own food choices.
Tuna, no salt added; canned chicken. These are great protein sources, but can leave me hungry without enough fat. I'll often have them in a large salad.
Lettuce and other vegetables provide fiber. Crispbread is another big fiber source for me.
Homemade dressing made with olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, & paprika: My typical salad consists of lettuce, tuna or chicken, and homemade dressing. Olive oil provides monounsaturated fat (good fat), which helps fill me up along with the fiber from the lettuce.
Peanuts are another good protein source and another source of good fats (monounsaturated and polysaturated). I make sure to measure out the oil, nuts, and cheese so as not to overdo it.0 -

Snacks, I really love (Not naming the unhealthy ones I would normally go for)
Apples dipped in peanut butter
Pickles with a glass of chocolate milk
Pop corn
grapes and cheese (I don't know if the cheese is a good thing, But I love cheese)
Dinner and lunch ideas, I'm struggling with what is healthy and what I just like. My family eats a lot of pasta unfortunately so I will have to work around that. HOWEVER ... Hearty meals I make that fill you up and are under 500 calories according to the places I got the recipes
Chicken Stew
Chili
Potato soup
One cup of any of those and your stuffed! Hope that gives you something.0
