HELP ME! weight loss help needed!!

Hello,

I totally BLEW my diet (or lifestyle change if you want to call it) during Christmas!! Well obviously it's not New Year yet and I'm planning to spend New Year eating 1200 calories..

How do I stay on track?? I need some motivation!! Every night I tell myself that enough is enough and I need to get back on track!! My BMI is 20 point something, but it's mainly fat. I miss the skinny feeling, the feeling when my upper thighs don't rub together, which is so frustrating especially in the hot Sydney weather :(

My stomach is bloated from 3 days of overeating for xmas. I was planning on going to the gym today, but my stomach looked so bloated in that tank top that I just stayed home for the whole day.

Should I go on a detox to get back on track?? Like 2 day detox or something. It might lose water weight, but I need motivation!!
