hey I'm In147cm /.trying to find how much I need to eat to lose the weight I started out at 67kg but down to 50kg now what to get to about 46kgs to feel better

    Do you have an estimate of your body fat percentage? What's your activity level?

    1.2 = Sedentary (Desk job, & Little Formal Exercise)
    1.3-1.4 = Lightly Active (Light daily activity & light exercise 1-3 days a week)
    1.5-1.6 = Moderately Active (Moderately daily Activity & Moderate exercise 3-5 days a week)
    1.7-1.8 = Very Active (Physically demanding lifestyle & Hard exercise 6-7 days a week)
    1.9-2.2 = Extremely Active (Athlete in ENDURANCE training or VERY HARD physical job)

    Lightly Active (Light daily activity & light exercise 1-3 days a week) I do yoga and have 2 kids

    I calculated a TDEE(Total Daily Energy Expenditure) of 1520 calories. I'd try eating 1300 calories a day and tracking your weight for 3-4 weeks and adjust if you need to
