When we go grocery shopping we usually will walk around the store for a good 1 1/2-2 hours cause we always do. should i log that in my exercize?
if so what do i log it as? walking 2.0 mph(slow pace) not that we necesarryily go slow all the time. Thanks

i used to log 1/2 of it since i only did it every 2 weeks so if i went 2 hours id log 1hr of walking 2.0 mph, but i dont bother anymore, its up to you0

I figure if it isn't something I do every single day, I'd log it! I feel like i'm dying after a grocery trip! LOL Usually takes 1.5 hours while wrangling 4 little kids LOL0

You need to get a speedometer0

This is where I love the fitbit. It counts every step and I dont have to worry over logging or not. If you are someone who never walks, yhou should log it. If you are set at a mildly active, etc, and you walk a lot anyway, then I wouldnt. Fitbit is really accurate here.0

I only log exercise as those things that I have devoted to exercising. So to me...no I won't log it.0

If it's something that I HAVE to do in order to live (snow shoveling/grass cutting, cleaning, cooking, yard work walking to/from/around the store/school/activities) no. I don't log it. Those all fall under the category of daily activity, even if I only do it once a week or a couple of times a month.
Personally, the only thing I log are my actual workouts. The rest is just living.0 -
I go food shopping every three weeks and I do log the walking and the lifting but usually at half the amount.0
