    WOW! You look wonderful. I am impressed with your committment. Your hard work has paid off in so many ways. What was your aha moment, what made you want it badly enough to stay with it? If you don't mind my asking.

    For a long time I had hovered around the 250 mark, and I accepted that. After stepping on the scale for the first time in a while and seeing 271, I realized that I was getting dangerously close to the 300 number and never wanted to see that. I also want to have children in the near future but I did not want to raise a child into such an unhealthy lifestyle that would potentially set them up to becoming obese as well.

    Congratulations. A lot of hard work i am sure. January 5th will be 365 days for me but after loosing 41 lbs. i stopped tracking and exercising and gained 30 lbs. since july. Iam back on mfp as of 2 days and youre an inspiration...
