Has anyone tried body by vi? I was given 2 unopened bags and thought I'd try them

    It has a lot of questionable ingredients. I'd recommend selling it on ebay.

    No, but I agree with fallenoaks50. If you want help losing weight and get more than enough nutrients, try Shakeology! Helped me lost 40lbs! And it tastes amazing!

    No have not tried that brand but I do love the EAS protein shakes in chocolate

    I occasionally drink the Premier Protein shakes in chocolate. I get them from Sam's Club. (160 cals, 30 grams of protein, 1g sugar) I don't drink these for every meal, but I occasionally drink them for breakfast when I'm on the go. They're also great after a hard workout. :) I like these because they don't have a funky aftertaste, and they're smooth. :)
