I have the same goal. I usually just exercise a lot / take a lot of walks so I can eat more.0

Recalculate your calories with a good calculator

at 5'0 123 why are you trying to lose?
maybe you should focus on dropping body fat and eating in a small, say100 calorie deficit…?0 -

I've found that a lot of protein for breakfast makes me not hungry until supper, even if I eat a tiny lunch.
Are you losing at 1300-1500 calories? Metabolism varies by people. Find out how much your average weight is changing week by week, divide that amount by 7 and multiply by 3500 and that is your average calorie deficit. You might be surprised.
Also, since your weight is within normal range for your height, maybe your goal should be to maintain weight but change fat/lean muscle ratio. That can only be done with exercise, while not having a caloric deficit or surplus.

Just eat veggies, you don't really gain any calories from raw veggies. so I would just keep eating them until your full!
As for your belly, try to tone! cause you are a healthy weight!0
