Exercise suggestions/cellulite

Hi everyone I'm new here :)
I'm just trying to ask around and find some work out suggestions. I'm big into running and I like sit ups and squats. But I was wondering if there's anything that will help with cellulite. Mainly on my legs. Those have always been my issues bottom heavy.

  • General weight loss and fitness will HELP, as well as lifestyle (plenty of water, no smoking, no overly constricting/tight clothes all the time). But cellulite is really just something that happens and a lot of it is genetic. There is no science behind the products out there that claim to reduce it so don't waste your money there.

    Real women have cellulite. Even Victoria Secret models. They airbrush it out in photos.

    But you can reduce it by losing the fat under the skin. It will decrease as you lose weight. No spot reducing, unfortunately.
