30 day easy squat challenge

I am starting a 30 day squat challenge. I would love for anyone to join. This is the "easy" version compared to some of the squat challenges i have seen. Doing this is better then nothing. I will post daily when I have completed that days challenge and how I feel. I am also taking before and after pics. Good luck to you all. I look forward to this challenge with you all.
Day 1- 30 Day 11- 120 Day 21-145
Day 2- 50 Day 12-40 Day 22-80
Day 3- 75 Day 13- 75 Day 23-40
Day 4- 60 Day 14- 125 Day 24-100
Day 5- REST Day 15-REST Day 25-REST
Day 6- 60 Day 16- 80 Day 26-75
Day 7- 90 Day 17-50 Day 27-50
Day 8- 50 Day 18- 125 Day 28-150
Day 9- 45 Day 19- 50 Day 29-95
Day 10-REST Day 20- REST Day 30-175

Here are the squats that I like to do: Sumo (my FAVORITE), Narrow, Narrow with back kick, Basic, Basic with side leg lift,

I started a squat challenge before, but didn't complete it, it hurt my knees, yours looks a bit easier so I'm going to give it a try, I'll also do the same amount of tummy crunches.

Just thought I'd mention that if squats start to hurt your knees you could alternate one day of squats and one day of hip thrusts.
Another way to get great results is to do weighted squats and hip thrusts every other day instead of daily squats. Just an option.0 -

Yay!!!! I'm so glad you all joined... I could start a FB group. I have fitness challenges and food challenges I want to succeed at. I'm staring today! Husband came home after being at work for 3 days(firefighter) . I will post how the first day was later. Good luck to you all.0
