Hello, I have a problem following through with weight loss plans. But recently my doctor diagnosed me with high blood pressure and I have been taking meds for it (I used to pride myself on not being on any meds). So now maybe this is the wake-up call I need to get it together and stick with it.
I have started Zumba, this is day two for me, so far so good. I enjoy dancing so maybe I can fool myself into not feeling like this is EXERCISE....

Welcome! I love Zumba! And I HATE pills! You've got the right mindset, and you've joined the right community. You can do it! My will power and commitment have never been as great as they have been through this site. "Friend "me! We are the same age. Let's do this together! Good luck!

I have just friended you, thanks for the support.
I will need it, I tend to get relaxed in the weight loss once I am at a point where I feel I have reached my goal. But I have realized that I will always have to watch what I eat and remember to get my activity in.0
