Feeling a bit obsessed

I don't know if it is summer holidays so I have some spare time on my hands, but I can't stop thinking about losing weight - I just feel so impatient and restless at the moment. Everything is going pretty well - I am sticking to my calories, doing regular exercise (swimming 4 times a week) and basically doing everything right. know that if I just stick with it, this time next year I will be enjoying a healthy BMI but the scale isn't moving fast enough and it's making me anxious
. Does this feeling pass or do I have to do something about it? I don't want to sabotage myself.

honestly , I don't know if this goes away after a while , but maybe you'll feel better knowing you're not the only one feeling like that .
I weight myself everyday , though i told myself to stop that , lost few kilos and I guess i am underweight now , but i'm still feeling fat and hating the way my lower body looks , So i am keeping it up everyday and thinking about all the time too0 -
