    Go into "search" forums and type in post a picture. There are some excellent tutorials there.

    If your photo doesn't have a URL you can go to http://tinypic.com/ to get one

    I use mfp on my phone as an app alot so I have top go to my browser on my phone go to myfitnesspal.com go to edit profile and edit photo that is how ive been able to do it in the past and it lets me browse photos right off my phone which is my primary camera.

    Can't wait to see ure before and after, I was wondering the same thing. Im not ready for that yet, lol. But maybe in a few months!
