The first picture is my before, almost exactly a year ago
I started losing weight in the spring, but didn't get serious until September. My afters were taken this week. Approximately 20 pound weight loss. I'm 5'5" and my initial goal is 150 but I may decide to push it down a bit more to 135.
Nothing fancy, no gimmicks, just counting calories and regular exercise so that I get to eat more :-)

I'm 5'5"too and was182lbs before Christmas...lol hope it hasn't changed for the worse

good for you!! i am 5'4"... and we had the same starting weight... it is amazing how much difference weight loss can make on our small frames. i have plateaued now at 169, which was initially driving me crazy... but now i have decided to maintain for awhile and work on strength training. keep up the good work!0
