Hi everyone. I guess this is it for me....it's now or never....i have been wanting to lose weight for the longest time and have just been lazy to totally get down and be serious with it. Been dieting and exercising on and off. Need to be consistent and disciplined in order to reach my goal.

  • You can do it. Give yourself a realistic goal. Take it slow and healthy. This site is so great for logging calories. Log each and every calorie that you eat. It really works, add some excercise and the pounds will melt away. Good luck, you can add me as a friend if you want!
