I've still got a long ways to go, but I took some updated pics today for motivation because I pretty much look the same to myself in the mirror... I wanted to see if I could see a difference in the pics and I can.

Pics on the left are from day 1 on MFP (september 20th @ 201.5 lbs) pics on the right are from today (November 9th @ 184 lbs)

    Thanks everyone. I couldn't have done it without you, so much good information and encouragement here. You guys rock.

    Only a little more than 2 weeks to lose 4.5 lbs and make it to my 2nd mini goal (under 180 by Thanksgiving)... boy that day is going to be interesting.
