Dieting mommy of 3 on full time graveyard shift!!!

I'm married with 3 kids. My husband and I both juggle full time mommy and daddy responsibilities and full time jobs. I work a graveyard shift (11pm to 7am) and then I'm up during the day/afternoons with my kids when my husband goes to work. My horrible sleeping habits/patterns are not a healthy contribution to my weight loss. My schedule also makes it quite difficult to maintain regular eating habits. On days that i don't get more than a couple hours of sleep it's nearly impossible to motivate myself to make it to the gym. All these discouraging hurtles!!!! Any advise?

I also worked the crazy hours that you did. My 3 kids are now grown and finally have the time for myself. Try to plan out your meals and log them in. You dont have to go to the gym. Maybe find some videos online, on cable they always have free workout videos. I actually just got that T25 tape cause Im finding that I dont have time to get to the gym. Now that the holidays are over and my hours at work will go back to normal, I think Ill be able to find the time again to focus on myself.
When Im tired, I eat. Ive made that determination already. So "TRY" to get some sleep, drink your water, use this site to track. Get some friends on here. You can add me if u want! You can lose the weight you want if you really want to. Dont think about food so much. Brush your teeth, itll keep you from snacking.0 -
