Workout DVDs

I need some *kitten*-kicking home workout DVD suggestions! I have a VERY small space to work out in (my entire apartment is only 300 sq ft) so the workout needs to be able to be done in about 20 sq ft. For equipment I have 1 10lb kettle bells, a yoga mat, & a couple resistance cords/tubing, and a HR monitor.

Any of the Biggest Loser, Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper DVDs will give you a good workout. They have quite a few and they are all pretty hard work.0

I should add...the workouts cannot be killer on the joints.0

try leslie sansone walk at home dvd, I try to do a different workout each day or every other day, I alternate each day, work out with dvd, do steps (at least 200) and work out on my eliptical machine.0
