    I knew that when I woke up today making the decision to make 2014 my year, as 2013 I did nothing to lose pounds or inches and hating myself in the process, that I should start today but I am using today and tomorrow to eat anything and everything that I want before I actually do the work to lose it all

    I feel so ashamed :(
