Hi all,
I had a MFP account for about 3 years and when I had originally started I went from about 225lbs to 202lbs which was awesome, but then I hit a stalemate. Then started seeing a nutritionist and that didn't work out so well for me either. After trying diet pills, some fad diets and eventually giving up altogether for the last 3 months or so, I decided to just delete my account and make an entirely new one.
I'm already seeing results and remembered why I used this in the first place! Could definitely use some friends on here!!!
