calorie deficit

I have 687 calories left today (ate 1400ish) would it be ok to have that large of a deficit. Or should I find another 200 or so calories. I am trying to lose weight and get in shape. Quite frankly my stomach hurts and I dont want to eat more.

    Just eat when you are hungry, you should never have to force yourself to eat.

    If you haven't done much physical activity then your body may be using less calories than you normally need.

    It's fine if it happens occasionally. If you're full and simply cannot eat more, I wouldn't worry about it. If you find that you're having this problem frequently, you may want to think about adding more calorie-dense foods to your diet throughout the day to help you hit your goal. But don't stress about one day here and there, whether you're over or under. One day is nothing in the grand scheme of things. :smile:

    Calories are more about a running average than a per day thing. If you aren't hungry don't eat.
