It's taken me a while to get a grip of this. I still have wobbles like this last week.
I'm not on any diet; just keeping a close eye on cals and macros and enjoying regular exercise.
Something that worked for me was giving up gluten and refined sugar or sweeteners.
It really helps me control my emotional eating and has reduced my binges.
