Lifting. Heavy, compound lifts are your friend.

Neither reduce body fat. Your intake/output does. Exercise is for health and fitness.

Never hurts to have a foundation of cardio especially if you are completely new to exercising. Starting with cardio will help with both: lifting, and more productive cardio.

Neither will directly reduce stomach fat. Nothing will except calorie deficit.

As to which form of exercise you should do is going to depend on your personal preference and goals. There are benefits that each form of exercise can give you that that the other cant but there also tons of benefits that overlap.

Here is a pretty good chart that shows some of the differences.

Most people will tell you that you should do both, and I would agree, but the amount of time and effort you put into each should still be based on your goals.

From just the little info in your question I would suggest lifting is going to give you the most body composition benefits as well as a host of other health benefits. If you could fit in a couple cardio sessions per week you would have a great program.

Lifting and eating right, I don't even do cardio.

Unless you count lifting the weights faster as cardio LOL

Both. Cardio to remove the fat over the muscles and crunches, planks, and other core exercises to improve the definition of the muscles below the fat. If you are underweight though, eat eat eat and try to build more muscle base through lifting.
