i was just wondering how imporatant is water? i cant get myself to drink it.. i can only drink it after a workout and thats bout it.. maybe 1-2 20oz bottles a day.. if that.. can someone help me?

    It's VITAL! If you really can't bring yourself to drink plain water, spice it up w/ some Crystal Lite or lemon juice. It's mind over matter, and the more you drink, the better!

    its very important. I cant drink it unless I put crystal like in it. One packet is usually too sweet for me, so I divide it into either 2-3 bottles of water. Just enough to give it some flavor. But yes, its very important to drink your water.
  • I think it's a matter of how badly you want something. You NEED to have at LEAST 8 glasses a day. It really helps shed those pounds and it cleans out your entire system. I go by a rule of thumb: If my pee isn't clear, I haven't drank enough water. Chug it down! It may help to get a huge nalgene bottle to carry around with you.

    P.S. Also, herbal tea would be another good source. You could count every cup of herbal tea as water. Celestial Seasonings, Lipton, Tazo, whichever you prefer . . .

    water is VERY important...you should drink about 8 (8 oz) glasses ...
    I never drank water before, was never thirsty ...but I was also constipated all the time.
    Now I start my day with 16 oz of water...and I drink about 10 glasses a day.

    My trainer said the rule of thumb is, "half your weight... but in ounces." So, I weigh 195 lbs (but not for long!), so I should be drinking nearly 100 oz a day, or 12 glasses of water.
