Step away from the six pack!

Anyone else out there feeling guilty about the evening indulgence in the barley and hops? How is a person supposed to succeed with an exercise and nutritional makeover when that amber nectar of the gods calls so clearly and loudly after an exhausting day at the office??? I'm not talking about getting all sloppy and gross or longing to get high to escape all that troubles my soul..... I'm just sayin' a beer or two to wind down at the end of the day is kinda' a tough habit to break and a real diet killer. Any thoughts?

    Plenty of folks have a drink at the end of the day and still lose weight. So enjoy.

    Account for the calories in it and work your food around it.
  • If you stick with just one drink then you will be ok, however it all depends on what your goals are. Some people advise that wine is better than beer etc etc but at the end of the day the calories are in the alcahol.
