Currently I am working at a hospital, always on my feet and constantly on the move! I am looking to try to find a heart rate monitor(preferably without a chest strap) that can also be worn as a watch that will also tell me the calories i have burned throughout my day. Anybody have any suggestions on one that will meet these needs? Thanks for your help in advance!

Why not with a chest strap?

If you're looking to wear something throughout the day, look at the Basis smartwatch. http://www.mybasis.com/

Has a HRM but last time I checked, doesn't sync with MFP. You should also know HRM's which are worn on wrists don't accurately count calorie burn from high intensity exercise.

Also, try googling wrist wearable heart rate monitors

I would suggest getting a fitbit. HRM is not made to be worn all day. they are to worn during exercise. A fitbit would track your steps and stairs and gives you calories burned plus auto syncs with MFP. If you want a HRM for workouts that is a good thing but just something to wear at work, I would go with a Fitbit. You might check the new Polar Loop, it is like a fitbit but will sync with a HRM chest strap for exercise. Good luck whatever you use.
