Morning All
Thursday is the start of getting this excess weight off for me. I just wondered what is the best way to do it. My target areas are my tummy (it's extremely loose, I didn't ever really lose that baby weight) and my thighs (my hardest place to lose weight from). I need to lose about 40lbs to be in a healthy BMI range too. Any advice on the best way to lose this weight diet wise and target my specific areas with exercise would be hugely appreciated. I work full time (days) but would like to try to get 3-4 workouts a week in, I am a member if the gym and have access to a pool, fitness classes etc.
Many Thanks

Hi Alana!
I don't have much experience with weight loss, but I'd like to give you my support :flowerforyou:
I think little changes are big changes, because they are not so hard to follow and you will be able to stick to it.
I think you can have great results with Brazilian Butt Lift, but also swimming is GREAT.
If you are working full time and have kids, swimming will relax you and do good to your spine and muscles.
Take care of your health and don't push yourself too hard.
All the best!0 -
Thanks for replying, I do intend to get at least 1 good swim a week in so hopefully that will help. I tried insanity last year but it was so intense and so strict I lost motivation.0

Yeah, I can imagine that
That's way I said that about small changes in the beginning. It's just my personal experience.
When I try to push myself - like exercise every day, eat ONLY healthy food, keep everything in order - I usually give it all up.
I hope you will find your motivation and your pace, keeping in mind that results won't come overnight.0
