What are your year end results - pictures and stats please

My journey on MFP started two years ago so my pictures and stats are two years instead of your typical year end results. Looking over my measurements I have lost over 25 inches and 63 pounds. Although I am extremely proud of how far I have come I realize I am only about half way to where I want to be as a final goal. My journey has started strong, died off, and restarted several times over the last two years.

I vow to stay on track for 2014 and I can not wait to post my year end results at the end of 2014, when I WILL be at goal!

What have you accomplished this year??

I don't normally post pictures online (I have a stalker) but I've lost 47 since the end of August myself! I wish I had started at the beginning of the year but at least I started right? Awesome job!! Keep up the good work!

Great job Op! I did'nt take in process pictures but in 2013 I hit my original goal weight, chose a new, lower goal weight, hit that and then transitioned into maintenance. I also experimented with primal eating (fail), 'clean' eating (epic fail), started exercising for the first time in my life (first walking, then walking/running and now strength training and using a rebounder). I also struggled with getting my weight to stabilize after transitioning into maintenance, which was very frustrating. 2013 was a roller coaster ride of ups and downs

Looking forward to 2014, which should be a bit calmer!

I don't have any photos sadly (I was too self-conscious to take 'before' photos, as silly as that might sound). I've lost 27.5 pounds this year and I'm quite happy that I managed to finally do it! :-)

I didn't get started on my healthier life until the end of July. Since then, I've lost 63 lbs. I have gained so much in terms of health. I no longer have high blood pressure, my rheumatoid disease activity is much lower, my sleep apnea almost gone, clearer skin, improved cognition, less depression, and most importantly energy to play with my kids.

No before photos -- like others, I was too ashamed of how I looked and felt when I started this joury. But, almost 25 lbs down after re-committing to my health at the end of June 2013. My stats:

    Age: 55
    Height: 5'5"
    SW 147
    GW 125
    CW 122.7
    New GW 120

Now, for the hard part -- keeping this weight off. I've yo-yo'd all my life. Time to stay on track! Planning on posting my success in maintaining this time next year!

I don't have any great full body before pictures, so I'll do a face comparison instead. This is from about a month and a half ago when I got my new haircut, but even with another 10-12 pounds lost or so, there isn't much of a facial difference. I'm definitely seeing the difference in my shirts and pants though!

I started at the beginning of August this year, for a total of 55 pounds lost in 2013.

43 pounds lost over the course of the year (with a few maintenance breaks)
I began to run. At first I couldn't even run 2 miles. Now I'm able to run a half marathon in 2 hours and 13 minutes.
I also joined a gym and lift heavy.

Got to maintenance weight in August and have maintained since then, lowest weight I've been since 1991.

Set a PB for cycling in June - 100 mile day.
Bench press up just over 50% from the start of the year.
VO2 max now in excellent range for someone 20 years younger.
General health is better than for last twenty years and full of energy. Fewer migraines and no major back pain episodes.

How's this for a fairly silly stat? I averaged just over 5,200 exercise calories a week for 2013 thanks to cycling and having the use of a gym at work.

2013 has been an excellent year.
