I know I'm getting older (33) but I'm not that old. Blackheads, blotchy-ness, wrinkles (there's this awesome upside-down curve over my chin now), bags under my eyes, ect. I know sleep, I'm going to work on that. More water? Vitamins? Fish oil? Fruits, veggies? What helps nutritionally?

Omega 3's and lots of water.

But for me it took following the program on acne.org - its really simple and cheap and completely changed my skin. Gentle wash, low strength benzyl peroxide, and gentle moisturizer is all it took.

Exfoliate and use an oil free moisturizer with sunscreen. Drink plenty of water, fish oil, vitamin e. Limit sugar, especially white sugar.

For wrinkles I'd start using something with retinol.

    I'd recommend this book http://www.amazon.com/Dr-Deneses-Secrets-Ageless-Skin/dp/0425211762/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top

Yeah, that's another problem. Any heavy wrinkle cream gives me pimples. I'm at an awesome age.

    I currently use this one.

Gosh I hope 33 is not old (Im 37 and I still feel young). ---I agree with others have said about exfoliating and using a skin lotion with retinol. I'm currently looking to purchase mini microdermalbrasion machine from amazon---I was told they are awesome.

For me, birth control pills. I was having terrible acne when I stopped taking it in 2010. I'm back on it after a few months, and my skin is finally clearing up.

Water, Fishoils, varied fruits and veggies, and a good sweat which I am sure you already do.

I also wash with water and a microfiber cloth before bed and use some face oil for moisture (3 drops), wash with a salicylic acid wash (clears up and prevents blackheads) in the AM. BB Cream with sunscreen in the AM as well. Cheap, easy, and my skin is usually clear - minus the hormonal flare ups once a month on my chin.

I use the Nutrogena exfoliating pads and they work well to keep skin clear.

That's a good one! If you can afford it I'd also say try microdermabrasion. :)

I absolutely LOVE Philosphy Miracle Worker Miraculous anti-aging lactic acid cleanser & mask and Miracle Worker Miraculous Anti-Aging antioxidant pads. My skin has never looked better and it would help with all the issues you listed above. And then I use a good peel about once a week - Peter Thomas Roth Un-Wrinkle Peel Pads.

I sound like an ad for Philosphy :) but really those products kick booty!

Water, sunscreen daily, eat right, exercise, plenty of sleep, keep your life as free from stress as possible, use a silk pillow case (they don't leave marks on your face), make sure you wash the makeup off your face every day (no excuses), no smoking, no excessive drinking, limit sugar intake, no tanning (beds or sun).

I use cold cream to remove makeup. It's not harsh and takes it all right off.
