I just found this site and I am pretty excited. I am looking to lose 40lbs in the next 8-10 months. I love that this site lets you track exactly what you eat. It is like a food diary.

Awesome! My first goal is to lose 25 and then maybe 5-10 more after I get there. I just started a few days ago too on this site. I have been doing Weight Watchers, but this site is waaaay better and a lot more accurate because it counts everything, not just calories, fat and fibre!0

Thank you, everyone! I have followed my wife's lead with a few of the FAD diets and decided that it is about calories...period. This site helps so much. I would cheat and not even know it. Plus my diet sucks. It is time to go for the vegetables and whole grains and cut down on the meat.0
