Masters of MS Excel.... HELP

Is there a way I can import the XL formula from the goals tab from here http://www.1percentedge.com/ifcalc/ into Excel so I can print it out? I know some stuff but I'm no Excel master! PLEASE HELP!

Have you tried using the import data from web link in excel? Opens an internet webpage and has boxes where you can surf around then click on teh checkbox for the table you want.

No, that didn't work. It doesn't allow me to just select the chart and the whole page won't work. It has an XML script but I don't know what to do with it0
