Hello - Gained ALOT, lost, gained, Now working to lose again

Hi,
I've been on and off of here the past few months. I am working on losing 10 lbs by February. Ultimate goal to get down to 175-179 lbs. I started at 235 a few years ago and maintained around 185 - 190. Now, I'm at 205. Would like to make some friends on here to help keep me honest and hopefully help them do the same.
BTW, I am a cyclist, run sometimes, and hike a good bit. I work in IT. I have a family, wife and 2 boys. My main issue, I think, with gaining weight is beer, and size portions. I just can't stop eating.
Goals for 2014.
- Lose 10 lbs by Feb. Will set goals for other weight loss near that point.
- Watch my portion control
- Minimize my alcohol intake to Saturday, or none.
- Excercise at least 3 days per week.

Hi Andy,
I was in the same pickle 20 years ago. Now it has become a big problem. I have mushroomed up to 250, but I am now down to 238. I reward myself with a beer when I lose, life is pretty unsustainable without liquid bread. And I don't drink the "lite" crap!
I would be happy to support your goals and check in with you daily.
