**New Year's Resolutions**

They say that writing down a goal and saying them out loud has more of a chance in becoming a reality than just speaking it within yourself.

Like many others I've had numerous new years resolutions that never came to be. This time I'm actually going to do them....I've even started before the new year.

Mine are to:

Lose weight/Focus on becoming healthy
Renew my inner self/ be happy
Get out of the house and be more social
Save x amount of money

No sugar not found naturally in veggies like peppers. Low carb. No exceptions, no fooling myself into thinking this time I can eat like a 'normal person' and still lose/maintain.

Find the right mix of health food powders and potions to control my allergies and boost my focus and energy levels up to where I want them even in the midst of the upcoming Spring pollen bombardment.

Really. If you saw what happens when something I eat triggers a binge day, you'd understand.

my new years resolution is to consume as much added sugar as possible…

I am also on a mission to prove that natural sugar and added sugar are one in the same.

Not at all. It's just that the amount of sugar found in things like peppers is too low to set me off. I don't eat fruit often, though.

I feel like you're such a troll, no offense! But to the OP, some of my goals are:

    Drink more water
Log accurately at least 4 times a week
Go running at least once a week
  • Mine is simple. Never go back to being the person that I used to be. I never tried to work out because I didn't care about myself. All that has changed now and I feel like a new person. I would let people tell me that I was fat and lazy. People tend to put you into categories because they don't believe you can do it. Forget them, I know my capabilities and I am not the fat guy who sits on the couch all day. New years resolution is to never go back to being that person again.

I love this!,, thus is the reason I started to lose weight. I got sick and tired of my girlfriends talking about advocate and other cleanses etc. they would lost the weight only to gain it back. I decided to lose weight by eating less and exercising. I am doing good. Gained back a little and I am now focusing on getting the extra lbs off. I don't want them to say "see, she gained it all back"!!!!

My goal is to nit drink so much wine!!!!
