Hi all,
I am a mother of 1 year old...My weight is 140 lbs...i want to reduce 10 lbs within 2 months.i am doing workout 3 days in a week for 1 hour each..need motivation and help from others..please help me...thanks...

Have you looked into your current diet? That was something that helped me tremendously. A proper diet ended up being more needed than 100% focus on working out. I found out so many things I though were good for me were actually negatives towards me. Once I got a proper diet into place it seemed like my workout efforts were that much better. Saw result very fast. Felt even better.

Hi! Congratulations on your first child! I know it's hard, but be patient with yourself. It takes some people longer to get back into shape and lose the weight. You will do it. A couple of things to look out for are, one, eating more than you realize, and two, not getting enough sleep. Both will sabotage your weight loss. But enjoy your child! My first is now 28!0
