Today we're gonna make a quick tasty dessert (Or 'Eat whenever i feel like it' dish). I shall provide various alternatives if you're one of those hippies who can't appreciate things as they are and just need to lighten things up at all times.

You know who you are.

1/2 box of cake mix (I used butter yellow)
3 TB of unsalted butter (Or margarine or applesauce or sour cream or whatever your heathen non-butter appreciating behind uses)
1 egg (Or egg beaters or, according to some research, Potato Starch, flaxseeds, vinegar and baking powder [sounds yummy])
1/2 box pudding (My cake mix has pudding in the box so I ignored this bit)
3 different kinds of chips (Or dried fruit or nuts [clearly a low calorie alternative] or...idk. Coconut.), 2 servings of each.

Mix. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cool. Cut.

Mine ended up 132 calories (8x8 pan, cut into 12) but if that's just too much for you feel free to use one of the suggestions above. I guess. They have a brownie like texture, once they cool and sink down a bit. Very dense but not chewy or anything.

Dark chocolate, white 'chocolate' and butterscotch morsels were what I used here. I'm thinking about drizzling some nutella on top, then throwing some ice cream and strawberries on as well.

Made these last night with my kid. Very good. I did one of your substitutions too. Instead of 3 tbsp of butter I tried 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp applesauce, half banana.

ETA: And I used muffin tins.
