I'm looking to make friends with people who are on daily?
i'm hoping to build a support network on here both so I can achieve my goals and help like-minded people achieve theirs.
i'm a nurse so a shift worker but my aim is to be on here at least once a day.
hopefully there is someone out here aiming for the same thing!

My name is Mary. I am logging in daily. I am on and off through out the day so I will be glad to help support you. I log in daily.. been using this for a year now.. lost 70 lbs and kept it off... Food Journaling is the key... I'm here to help motivate you anytime you need it. You can do this!! :laugh:0

Im also a daily logger.... and shift worker
I can relate to how working shifts can screw with you weight loss plans.

I log on daily. I do not log my food very much/often . I log about 90 % of my exercise. I walked about 1.25 miles today. I didnt log it. If I dont sweat I'm not gonna log it--this site is fantastic simply for the awareness that it helps promote. Best wishes to you for a great 2014 !! Feel free to add me anyone--Merry New Year !!0
