weighing frozen foods?

Tomorrow i am planning to use frozen peas in a salad, im wondering if the nutritional info in grams on the side of the bag is intended for the peas frozen or cooked? The nutrition facts say:

    I'd just measure 2/3 of a cup and skip the guesswork

    Weigh them frozen, for a salad, they are better if you let them thaw naturally

    This is usually the case with most frozen products I buy.
    Sometimes it says "As sold", sometimes it doesn't. Kind of annoying really.

    If I can weigh frozen, I do it, otherwise I do it cooked, it doesn't seem to make a huge difference either way. With frozen though, it's often not accurate either because I always end up with a bit of ice in the bag.
