Where to buy almond milk in bulk/cheap? [UK]

Hi folks the title says it all really I want to replace all my milk with almond milk but it's a pain to buy and I really can't find somewhere to get it cheaply in the UK if anyone knows any stores or online that do it and doesn't destroy my bank account I would really appreciate it!

Never knew Amazon sold food!     Tried it, it's fine, tastes the same as the other almond milks I have tried. I usually get the alpro unsweetened one from the supermarket (morrisons/tesco/sainsburys).

    I have Alpro or Blue Diamond, both being the unsweetened version. If you use a comparison site like mysupermarket you can see where has it on offer. I usually stock up when I see if for £1 a carton. Sainsburys have also just released their own unsweetened almond milk, it was on offer for a bit but up to about the same price as the others now.

    MAke your own. 1 cup (soaked) almonds, 3 cups filtered water, 2 dates and some vanilla. Put into a high powered blender- strain through a nut milk bag and presto!!!

    Blue Diamond Almond milk is quite often on offer in Tesco/Asda for £1 :)

    Is that really any cheaper? Almonds are super expensive. Maybe its an Australia thing.

    Costco has cheap almond milk. I agree...I wonder whether is is cheaper to make your own. Almonds are quite expensive.

    1 cup of whole almonds is about 170g and makes about 1 litre of milk (i dont add the extras)- so i guess it depends what price you can buy almonds for where you are (looking at bulk buying is normally much much cheaper and they keep well) - in bulk it can be about $2/L - if you can get them in bulk at the end of the season from a grower/farmers market - it can be cheaper again :)

    I just looked at exchange rates & I guess at 'normal' rates it is a bit more expensive than bought - but it is all natural, with no additives in it & you can make as much or as little as you need at one time. If you can get them at end of season, or market rates i think it would be quite competitive - and better again if you can grown them yourself ;):)
