Found my motivation today

They say never start a diet on Jan 1 but I am... so....

.will be 41 on Friday
.mother of 2 little ones
.97kgs want to be 80kgs.
.1st goal to lose about 4 kilos by Jan 26th.
.did well last year, got to 87kgs lowest and felt great.
.but now I feel awful! I see people looking at me like... wow how much weight has she put on??? I get asked if my pregnant.
.For my work's secret santa I received a plus size blouse. Come on!!!!!
. also need to cut the booze seriously. anyone else????

Would love some support and would like to support.....

    i started again yesterday, i didnt want to start on jan first, my parents started today too but they eat a ton more crap than they would have knowing they were gonna have to diet again. pointless in my book

    i think 4kg in 26 days is a big challenge, maybe set your goal lower so you dont get disappointed and disheartened
