What do you count as a cup?

Options
Possibly the stupidest question ever, but I don't drink my water from an actual cup- just wondering how many mls would you count as a cup for the daily water intake?

Happy new year everybody!

A cup is 240 mL, if that helps. I measured my "usual" drinking glass and know it is about 3 cups, so every time I empty it, I add 3 cups to my counter.

Guess my cup is more than 'half empty'.

Denesey: Cup half empty (pessimist?) or half full (optimist?). I'm going with the latter!!!

Same here. Lots of great water bottles out there that help with this. Contigo is my favorite.

Ah yes, I remember this from last year. Evidently the 1Cup measure is an American thing... we use it in Canada too, but many countries of the world have no idea what this is since they use only metric measurements. There are roughly 4 cups to a litre.

    Australia uses cups...?

    It's 250ml.

    I just drink water...at least 4L a day

This I can confirm a cup in Australia is 250 ml.
