Sailor in Japan on a mission

Hi everyone,

I'm a member of myfitnesspal and have used it on and off for a couple years. This is the time I've been waiting for. I will kick off 2014 on a mission to drop the weight and keep it off! I wouldn't say I'm drastically overweight, but not where I want to be. My goal for 2014 is to finally reach 200 pounds! I have 364 days to make that happen. January 1st is going well! LOL.

The word for the New Year is "CONTROL"! My wife is one hell of a great cook and fixes healthy meals, but when I'm alone, I'm the typical bad guy. On the ship, the food is not the healthiest in the world, so got to exercise control there when I get back out to sea. In addition, eating the GEDUNK (Navy term for junk food) has been a problem. I will keep away from that stuff and continue the press on exercise, then see how my progress goes.

As I said above, 2014 is off to a great start! Wish everyone else the best of luck in the New Year for whatever your goals might be!!!
